Rotary Scraper MK4 (63 - 400mm)

This tool has been designed to quickly and accurately scrape the surface of PE or PP pipes before the electrofusion process takes place. The scraper is an automatic pipe surface preparation tool, designed to prepare pipe diameters from 63 mm to 315 mm (up to SDR11) and from 63 mm to 400 mm (up to SDR17). It is a hand-operated automatic pipe scraper that clamps onto the pipe wall and rotates around it, scraping off a predetermined thickness of plastic to provide proper surface preparation.

This tool has a quick release button to allow the cutter to be moved up and down the pipe quickly. It clamps onto the pipe wall, not the center, allowing it to properly scrape oval pipes. It has replaceable cutting blades. It is provided in a steel carrying case to protect it from damage.
